Health team aims to spread happiness at Christmas

Sunderland Echo 21 December 2009

Santa dropped in to give Wearsiders tips on staying happy and healthy this Christmas.
Sunderland's Happiness and Wellbeing Network hosted a festive event at the city's Museum and Winter Gardens to highlight the services on offer to boost mental health.

H&W Network meeting 27th November Ocean Road    Community Association

The Happiness and Wellbeing Network Meeting held on 27th November at Ocean Road Community Association saw a mixture of people engaging in workshops about the five a day for good mental health. There was plenty of chat with ideas flying around and a lot of laughter.

People seemed very comfortable with each other and the five a day for good mental health were certainly around in abundance.

The feedback from everyone was very positive and there were quite a number of requests for more workshops.

As seeing is believing here are a few photographs from the day.
